1. What to report
Please report credible concerns involving abuse, fraud, intellectual-property issues, or security risk.
- Spam, phishing, scams, impersonation, or credential theft.
- Malware, botnets, ransomware, unauthorized access, scanning, or attacks.
- Harassment, threats, exploitation, or harm to minors.
- Copyright infringement or intellectual-property complaints.
- Payment fraud, identity theft, or service misuse.
2. How to report
Send abuse reports to support@cloudymax.com or contact@cloudymax.com.
Include the date and time with timezone, a clear description, relevant IP addresses or identifiers, logs or headers, screenshots, evidence, and your contact information. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. Copyright notices
If you believe content controlled by CloudyMax infringes your copyright, include your signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
If the content is hosted by a third-party website or platform, CloudyMax may not be the correct party to remove it. You should also contact the hosting provider or website operator.
4. How we respond
We may review the report, request more information, check whether the issue relates to CloudyMax-controlled systems, restrict abusive behavior where technically possible, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, or respond to valid legal process.
We do not disclose customer information unless required by valid legal process, payment-provider rules, our Privacy Policy, or applicable law.
5. Emergencies and false reports
If there is immediate danger, child exploitation, threats to life, or an active emergency, contact law enforcement or the appropriate emergency authority first.
False, misleading, fraudulent, or bad-faith reports may be rejected and may result in account action or legal consequences.
