1. Essential cookies
Essential cookies are required for login sessions, secure forms, CSRF protection, language preference, checkout flow, account features, and security controls.
If you block essential cookies in your browser, login, checkout, or dashboard features may stop working.
2. Cookie consent preference
When you choose Accept all or Essential only, the browser stores that preference locally so the cookie notice does not keep appearing on the same browser.
3. Payment and security providers
Payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, and security providers may set their own cookies or similar technologies during checkout or security checks. Their cookies are governed by their own policies.
4. Analytics and advertising
CloudyMax does not use advertising cookies. Accept all enables optional first-party journey analytics for page interest and setup improvement. The browser creates a temporary per-tab identifier, which is hashed before storage and is not used for cross-site tracking. Essential only disables this optional analytics.
Operational milestones such as account creation, email verification, checkout, payment, import, and first recorded traffic may be counted from server records to operate and improve the service. Analytics records never include IP addresses, raw user agents, configurations, card details, or wallet credentials.
5. Managing cookies
You can clear, block, or limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may reduce or break website functionality.
Questions about cookies may be sent to contact@cloudymax.com.
