Import CloudyMax into an app

Use the Apps or Connect page after your account is active. Download opens the official app source, and Import adds CloudyMax directly.

  1. Sign in and make sure your plan is active.
  2. Open Apps or Connect from the dashboard.
  3. Choose the app you want to use.
  4. Tap Download if the app is not installed yet.
  5. Tap Import after installation.

Refresh access

If quality feels weak, Refresh asks CloudyMax for a fresh option and records the event so support can review it.

  1. Open Dashboard, then Connect.
  2. Press Refresh access.
  3. Return to your app and update or re-import CloudyMax.
  4. If it still does not work, contact support with your account email.

Payment and activation

Checkout activates account-specific access automatically after the payment provider confirms the payment.

  1. Choose a plan and duration.
  2. Complete checkout using an eligible payment method.
  3. Return to CloudyMax after payment.
  4. Open the dashboard to see your active plan and setup options.

When something feels wrong

Most access issues can be solved from the dashboard without exposing technical details.

  1. Check the Service status page.
  2. Use Refresh access once.
  3. Update CloudyMax inside your app.
  4. Try a different network if available.
  5. Contact support if the problem continues.
